Build your own working system. In 4 weeks.

Agentic Builder Lab is a 4-week live program where you work on your own software, internal tool or automation. You learn to direct AI agents from specification through development and integrations to debugging, review and deployment.

№ 01 · WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS

Generating output is easy. Keeping control of development is not.

PROMPT≠ SYSTEM

A model can create a component. Someone building a system knows where that component belongs and what to do when something breaks.

01Define the problem before you start the agent.

Scope, acceptance criteria and work boundaries are engineering work, not administration.

02An agent needs context, not just a prompt.

Project rules, files, architecture and the right working context materially change the quality of the result.

03Development must stay under control.

Git, review, tests, recovery and a deployment gate are the difference between an impressive demo and a usable system.

№ 02 · TRANSFORMATION

At the end, you will not just have notes. You will have something you built.

At the start, we narrow the project to a realistic scope. The goal is not to build a huge product in four weeks, but to bring a specific idea or process to a working state and understand how to keep moving it forward.

01 / YOUR OWN PROJECTSoftware, an internal tool or automation that you actually worked on during the program.

Not a practice project prepared for everyone. You work on your own problem and move a concrete part of it forward every week.

02 / YOUR OWN WAY OF WORKINGYou can move from an idea through design, development and integrations to review and deployment.

You leave with a repeatable DESIGN → BUILD → CONNECT → DEPLOY process that you can use on future projects too.

03 / ABILITY TO CONTINUEYou know how to prepare an agent, review its work, find an error and decide what can move forward.

The goal is not dependence on the program. After four weeks, you should understand the process well enough to continue on your own.

№ 03 · 4-WEEK BUILD SYSTEM

Four weeks. Every week, you move your own project forward.

Each phase produces a concrete result in your project. From a precise scope through a working core and integrations to review and deployment readiness.

01
DESIGN

You turn an idea into a precise development plan.

Scope, architecture, acceptance criteria, SPEC.md, RULES.md and context that an agent can actually use.

02
BUILD

You direct agents through the codebase without losing control.

Frontend, data, authentication, Git, branches, project rules and working with AI agents on a real project.

You connect the product to external systems.

APIs, MCP, n8n, webhooks, browser automation and repeatable integration workflows.

You find bugs, review changes and prepare the system for deployment.

SYSTEM BUILDER / OPERATOR
№ 04 · PROGRAM LEAD

He does not teach computer science theory. He teaches the way of working he uses himself.

Miroslav combines approximately 7 years in international B2B and electronics distribution with AI solution architecture, automation and AI-assisted software development. The program is not built on academic theory. It teaches the process of turning a real business problem into a working system.

BUSINESSReal pricing, data, supplier and operational processes. Not invented demo cases.
DEVELOPMENTReact, Supabase/PostgreSQL, APIs, n8n, MCP and modern AI-agent workflows.
PRODUCTIONElektrikPro and other real tools where AI helps with development, but the system still has to work outside the demo.
TEACHING APPROACHNot “how to prompt AI better.” It teaches how to scope, direct, debug and deploy work done by agents.
№ 05 · PARTICIPATION

One program. Two levels of guidance.

The program content, four weeks and the goal are the same. The difference is how much individual time you want focused on decisions, architecture and issues in your specific project.

ACCEPTANCE / 04 STEPS

First, we confirm the project makes sense. Only then do you reserve a spot.

The application is not an order. You send a short description of your project and we look at whether the scope is realistic for four weeks and whether Agentic Builder Lab can genuinely help you.

01 You send your project

Briefly describe what you want to build, where you are today and where you want to get during the Lab.

02 We review the scope

We look at the goal, technical scope and whether the project can reasonably move forward in four weeks.

03 We confirm it makes sense

If the program fits both you and the project, we confirm Builder or Builder Pro and the next steps.

04 You reserve your spot

Only then do you pay the deposit. Builder €150, Builder Pro €250. The deposit is deducted from the total price.

№ 06 · FAQ

Important things, straight.

The program depends on the participant doing the work. AI accelerates development, but responsibility for scope, decisions and reviewing the result stays with the human.

What is the difference between Builder and Builder Pro?

The content and core workflow are the same. Builder Pro adds two 45-minute individual working sessions, a dedicated architecture review, priority for blocking issues, a deep dive on a critical problem, specification and implementation-plan review, and a final 1:1 deployment-readiness review. Pro makes the most sense when you want to push your specific project as far as possible during the four weeks.

What can I realistically achieve in four weeks?

The goal is not to build a new Facebook or a huge production system in four weeks. At the start, we narrow the project to a realistic scope so that by the end you have a concrete working result and understand the process for continuing to develop it.

Do I need to know how to code?

You do not need to be a professional developer. You do need to be willing to work more technically than in a typical AI training. We will work with source code, Git, APIs, debugging and integrations, always through a real project and without unnecessary academic theory.

What if I do not have my own project yet?

A real problem or process you want to improve is enough. At the start, we narrow it together into a project with a reasonable four-week scope and a meaningful outcome.

Is this a program about Claude Code or Codex?

No. We use these tools, but the program is about a development process that is not dependent on one model. What matters is knowing how to prepare context, break down the work, review changes, solve errors and decide what is ready for the next step.

Is the program more about software or automation?

It deliberately covers both. The same principles apply to an internal tool, web application, smaller SaaS product or automation. At the start, however, we set the project up with a realistic scope.

How much time do I need between sessions?

The biggest progress comes from working on your project between live sessions. The time required depends on scope, but the program does not make sense as something you only watch passively. Expect to build, test, fix and bring concrete questions regularly.

Why is the group limited to 10 people?

Because the main value comes from specific project feedback, live problem-solving and review of decisions. With a larger group, the program would inevitably turn into content broadcasting instead of working together.

How does reserving a spot work?

First, you submit an application with a short description of your project. We look at its scope and whether Agentic Builder Lab can genuinely help you during the four weeks. If we confirm it makes sense, you can reserve your spot with a €150 Builder deposit or a €250 Builder Pro deposit. The deposit is deducted in full from the total price. The remaining balance is then €640 for Builder and €940 for Builder Pro.

№ 07 · APPLICATION

Send your project. First, we confirm whether the Lab makes sense.

The application helps me understand what you want to build, where you are today and whether the project has a realistic four-week scope. You pay nothing when you submit it. If we confirm the program can genuinely help you, only then will you get the option to reserve a spot.
